This has to be one of the most epic times of my life that I wish could have pressed on but keeping with the same old, just means you go right past better possibilities that might be bigger and better! Built initially for my kids to play Minecraft with their friends, over time the Garage turned into a full on 20 person LAN Center. Rocking a 10Gbps LAN and a HA FO Cluster run by VMWare’s vSphere ESXi, there was enough power and systems running that we could all game comfortably and stream over a internet line of 250Mbps Down x 35Mbps Up from Comcast Business. After a while we started taking “field trips” to the Intel sponsored LANFest at Intel in Folsom Ca to get the ULTIMATE experience of the Gaming industry! This was truly an opportunity that couldn’t be passed up and I think everyone else would agree.
